RJLF Heart for Change

For the past 13 years, the R.J. Leonard Foundation has worked to help educate and mentor young adults aging out of the foster care system in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Our annual celebration "Heart for Change" has similarly given our community and friends the opportunity to support our young people and our mission, and has been a vital part of our continuing efforts to make a difference in the lives of the young adults we mentor - our Fellows.
